Existing Account Review /
New Amazon & other Marketplace Account Viability
- Review current status of existing amazon account (be it Active or Suspended)
- If existing account is suspended we will work to clear violations
- Alternatively we will create a new selling account with an Amazon category manager that provides behind the scenes access to sales and promotional tools not even 1% of all accounts have access to
Access to a Category Manager
- We will open a new “Premium Account” with a dedicated category manager at Amazon (through the end of your accounts 1st calendar year)
- Priority access to new pilots / beta programs
- Fast track placement to merchandising opportunities
- Account support in promotion execution
- Seller performance escalation path (support in advance account warnings, faster path to resolution of these issues – examples: Price Parity, duplicate listings, Seller Metrics, etc)
- Introductions to other Amazon teams as necessary (example: contacts in AMG advertising, global account manager for international expansion, Sponsored Listings, etc)
- Additionally, we will set up special deal offerings opened up to us by the account manager (best deals, deal of the day etc.) and Amazon curated campaigns (when made available to us by Amazon) on specifically chosen SKUs
Website Evaluation /
Create and Design with Shopping Cart Integration
- Review current website design and conversion rates
- Consult on new design and add to cart flow
- Build new site with market leading shopping cart integration
- Link website products with all current marketplace products and inventory
- Email captures, abandoned cart and customer retainment email marketing
Listing Creation & Optimization
- Your Markets Unite Manager will research the client competitive landscape to optimize their organic presence on Amazon
- Among the analytics that we take into consideration, we focus on:
- Product Research
- Price Analysis
- Keyword Research
- We use a combination of different software’s to gather data which we translate and combine into a cohesive plan of action
- Our Data Experts will work with the client to compile all required info to create fully optimized listings within the Amazon frame, this includes but is not limited to: price, written content, organic indexing factors, and aesthetics
- If any additional work is needed to improve images, our enhanced graphics team is on staff ready to step in
- We will break-down, re-work and add products to variation listings to maximize sales
Brand Consulting and Creative Direction
- We create and maintain brand registry for brands that have management authority
- We execute private label brand registration of your eligible brands in coordination with Amazon and the brand attorney.
- We advise licensees on discussions with their licensors to attain brand authority and then execute registration on their behalf.
- We create enhanced brand content on your listings
- We create, optimize, and advertise store fronts for permitted brands
- Access to post brand or product videos to increase conversion %
- We execute private label branding within Amazon and its peripherals
- We advise and guide the client through private label branding in the framework outside of Amazon
Customer Correspondence, Feedback & Reviews
- We create and maintain email campaigns to generate product reviews and seller feedback
- We correspond with both Amazon to remove negative feedback and reviews that are in violation of Amazon policies
- We monitor and respond to all customers messages, A-Z claims and chargebacks
Reimbursement & Recoveries
- Your reimbursement case manager will review your account daily for the following reimbursement types and file claims with Amazon:
- Lost, Damaged or Destroyed at FBA
- FBA Fee & Referral Fee Overcharges
- Refunded but not Returned
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Lost Inbound to FBA
- Your case manager will handle all follow ups related to the claims submitted on your behalf, and occasionally reach out to you if there are any particular cases that may need documentation from you
- If there any problems with a reimbursement (dollar amount or quantity) we will follow up to make sure the proper reimbursement is received
PR, Media and Influencers
- Media Salons – Attend matchmaker events for products and press curating interesting products for the press to use in product round ups, gift guides, features, postings and integrations
- Direct Access - A virtual version of a media salon, but customized to meet your business goals. Send a sample of the products you want to showcase to a customized list of 30 bloggers, television / radio producers, magazine editors and online journalists
- Influencer Desk Deliveries – A quick hit mailing to 20 reporters who at various times of the year are doing gift guides or themed round up stories based on the news calendar
- Creation of Press Kits
- Creation of Press Releases
- Create and Manage Micro and Macro Influencer Campaigns
Marketplace Growth Program
- As per Amazon’s current policies at the end of the 1st calendar year from account creation, the category manager at Amazon will no longer be available to the account
- With this you will lose access to the advantages that come with having access to a category manager at Amazon. The only way to retain these advantages and gain even more would be to sign up with the Amazon Growth program

- Staff has more tenure and experience than standard oversees Seller Support
- Supervisor and Account Manager oversee premium support and provide direction
- Existing contacts for other teams will work in tangent with our Account Manager (Account Manager will escalate any issues)
- Bridge between Amazon retail teams (i.e. Price Parity warnings before suspension; growth opportunities and category based performance reporting from Retail team)

- Regularly scheduled Monthly calls with Amazon Account Manager to review account performance and track towards key initiatives.
- Brand Registry Support
- “MU” will not charge any additional fees for the growth program, but Amazon will begin to charge for access to the growth program
